Outlining our Professional Fees Upfront:

Throughout many years of providing this service to clients, we have gained the experience and expertise necessary to make this process as seamless as possible. If you have any questions, simply reach out.

Planning any type of travel can be overwhelming, which is why it’s beneficial to have an experienced professional by your side. Through this service, you can count on us to guide you in every step of the process.

Trip planning takes time and expertise. We are here to help plan and organize your dream journey and take the worry out, so you just relax and enjoy your well-deserved vacation.

Our service also covers client care throughout your booking process, including preparing you for travel, advocating for our clients when called for, and helping with insurance claims.

All fees will be applied to your credit card prior to work commencing. All fees are subject to the applicable HST and are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.

 A Note about Cancellation or Change Fees:

Cancellations: Once your individual or group trip is confirmed with a booking number by the tour operator and you decide to cancel for whatever reason other than a government shutdown, the cancellation fees will be applied to your credit card on file in addition to any cancellation penalties within the tour operator’s terms and conditions.

The fees will be charged for voluntary changes and are not for a situation that is beyond your control such as a government shut-down, force majeure, civil unrest, or other similar cause.

Changes: If you wish to make changes to your reservation once your trip is booked, the fees will be charged to your credit card on file in addition to any change penalties within the tour operator’s terms and conditions.

 

In addition: 

Ø  *It is each Travellers Responsibility to ensure that they have reviewed and meet all Entry Requirements and have approved Vaccinations, Testing, and Documentation Required for Travel.

 

Ø  *Please note if you have pre-purchased components such as: vouchers, excursions, expedited arrival service, private ground transportation, arrival lounge, etc. I will do my best to recover this loss to you and request the tour operator extend your voucher(s) to the new dates if possible.

 

Ø  *An electronic client authorization must be signed prior to booking your trip agreeing to all terms and conditions.

 

Flexible Booking Options – Most tour operators, airlines, hotels, and cruise lines are offering flexible booking options for peace of mind which includes cancellation with full refund, partial refund plus travel credit, full travel credit, or full penalty at 100% loss depending on the number of days prior to travel. Change of date options and transfer your package to another person are other options the tour operator may offer. Fees may apply as per the tour operator’s terms and conditions.

 

Travel Insurance – Protect your travel investment. I strongly recommended you purchase travel insurance with a cancellation component once I book your trip with deposit or full payment to cover you for unexpected or unforeseen events. There are several types of travel insurance coverage options which I would be happy to discuss with you and provide a quote. Travel insurance will also cover my cancellation fees which you may claim if your reason for cancellation is approved by the insurance provider.

 

I appreciate your understanding my reasons for implementing these necessary fees so that I may continue to stay in business and give priority to my valued clients.
